The India Chamber of Commerce is organized into four Quadrants (or parts). Each Quadrant focuses on select industry sectors and is governed by the quadrant Directors and supported by Advisors (with right skills from industry sectors) who shall account for sales, successful delivery, relationship management and business growth for its members. All board members are business owners with local and/or international experience.

The India Chamber of Commerce will create a dynamic business focus advisory team made up of business members, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and academicians, university/faculty members and enlist governmental policy/decision makers to be engaged and involved in augmenting the India Chamber of Commerce vision and mission.
